Brand Policies

Welcome to CHPTR 49. Each piece is handmade with care, intention, and a story. As a small batch, designer led brand using repurposed materials, I ask that you read the policies carefully before purchasing.

Shipping

• All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include tracking.
• Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days of purchase (excluding made to order items).
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

Any orders outside of the "United States" are and will be deemed as "International shipping". The customer is fully responsible for any Custom Duties or Import Taxes that their country may charge. CHPTR 49 will not be held responsible for payment of any additional fees the customers country may charge. By purchasing from my site you agree to abide by these shipping terms stated in this policy.

All Sales are Final 

• Due to the custom, one of a kind nature of each item, all sales are final.
• No refunds or exchanges will be issued, even for sizing or style preferences.
• Please reveiw all product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Repurposed Materials Disclaimer

• All hats are handcrafted using upcycled, reclaimed, or vintage materials.
• Any branded textile used (such as denim from recognizable labels) are not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands. My work is fully original and intended as artistic transformation, not resale of brand name goods.

Flaws, Texture & Authenticity 

• Every piece is made by hand - imperfections, texture and asymmetry are part of the story.
• Think of each hat as wearable artifact - raw, unique, and one of a kind
