Hey Hey,

I'm Lee, the hands behind CHPTR 49, a one of one hat brand born from loss, healing and finding a creative outlet.

After losing my grandmother in 2021, I felt adrift. Sewing became an avenue to find my way back to myself. I started with old clothing from my closet and begin stitching meaning into every panel.

This isn't just a brand. It's a process of reclaiming what's been lost and reshaping it into something bold, intentional, and real.

Each hat is slow made, numbered, and unique. Inspired by my childhood, life's journey and untold stories. You'll always see a touch of green on the inside of each hat...my mark of life, growth, and starting over.
